It is another great and beautiful day again with a lot of awesome things happening. It feels great to be back again with another exciting champions league matchday preview as there are lots of exciting fixtures kicking off tomorrow. It’s matchday 4 of the ongoing group stage games and as always, the tension and excitements keeps growing as we approach the final fixtures of the group stage. Here are the fixtures of Group E...
Barcelona vs Slavia Praha is one of the many UCL fixtures that will kick off tomorrow. Both teams are basically at the opposite ends of a pole, Barca leading the group on 7 points, 3 points clear while Slavia Praha are bottom of the group table with just 1 point. Looking at this fixture, it is obvious why the odds are in favour of Barcelona to win this tie as Slavia hasn’t done enough in the group to make people think that they can get any result at the Nou Camp.
Without much to say in this fixture, we are expecting the La Liga giants Barcelona to run the show against Slavia Praha and possibly win with a high goal margin. However, that not to say that Slavia Praha can’t do the unexpected at the Camp Nou but the chances of them getting a result is very slim. The basic expectation in this fixture is that Barcelona will be the ones attacking while the away side Slavia Praha will try to play more counter-attacking football.
Nonetheless, this kind of fixture could be dangerous for Barca if they are not on top of their game. Even though Barcelona are leading with 3 points clear, their qualification isn’t yet secured as if they lose the remaining two fixtures, they could be in trouble of elimination, so a win in this match helps but doesn’t make much difference if they lose against Inter Milan and Dortmund.
