The Botswana Football Federation announced that the team will face its Egyptian counterpart in mid-October in Cairo, describing the Pharaohs team as "the giant of Africa."
The Botswana federation said on its official website on Friday that the team will go to Egypt on October 7 to participate in a short camp in preparation for qualifying for the African Nations 2021.
He added that the match will be played on October 14, 2019 at the Cairo International Stadium at 7:00 pm.
The draw for the African Nations qualifiers resulted in Egypt falling in Group G next to the teams of Kenya, Togo and Comoros.
Egypt will begin their official match against Kenya on November 11.
