Today is Monday but it's a happy Monday for me because it's a Holiday. 😁 I have no work and I decided to spend my rest day in the gym! 💪
I had some boxing session here in AX fitness gym and it was amazing. The coach really taught me some combinations and it really helps me sweat and lose weight.
For those who want to lose weight, I reccommend boxing as a pretty nice exercise. You will enjoy it and at the same time you will help your body have a great exercise. And it's also a nice sport! 😁👍
I think that would be all for my actifit report card. By the way, I reached more than 10k activity counts with my boxing session! 😍 I will be doing a ulog later on about my boxing session so stay tuned. Smile! 😊
