Please someone help with an answer; how do I connect with a football agent?

Hey guys.

I am going to make this post very short. It's not an article in the real sense of it; it's a question, actually.

I have a cousin brother who is real good at playing football. I bet there are a lotta players in the current Super Eagles squad who can't challenge this cousin of mine in terms of playing good football. His wing is actually in the centre back and, without trying to sound immodest, he's very good in what he does.

This my cousin had been showing profound interest in going abroad to play professional football where players are valued and there skills are well rewarded. Specifically, the countries he has in mind include Finland 🇫🇮, Belgium 🇧🇪, France 🇫🇷 and Italy 🇮🇹. But I have advised him to not worry himself with clubs in France and Italy as those countries are football countries and competition there must be very stiff and serious.

So where we have in mind now is Finland and Italy. But there's more hurdles — locating a qualified football agent that help us with everything including linking him to accredited feeder clubs in the said countries.
