Klay Thompson see's himself to Kyle Kuzma
Klay thomspon is a star player in Golden States Warriors. He is type of player that can shoot the ball in any spot and in any difficult situations. His quick release skills made him unstoppable in making scores. Klay is also one of the best 3 point shooter in the NBA because of his teamate Stephen Curry influenced him in the three point area.
Last season Klay suffered an acl knee injury in game 6 nba finals against toronto raptors. When Danny Green chased to block his dunk then suddenly klay landed badly and cause his injury. While he is in recovery state of his injury Klay got interested in Kuzma, Kuzma is a also a talented player and still a rookie in los Angeles lakers. Klay knew that kuzma has a potential to become a great player in the nba someday. He also said that,
He sees similarities between himself and Kuzma at 24 and becoming an all-star after being on Team USA. “I know him playing for Team USA is going to pay huge dividends for him because that’s what it did for me. … That was the turning point in my career.”
Thompson's point why he compared himself to kuzma is that when after he played with the 2014 FIBA World Cup team, he became an All-Star player the following NBA season. He credited the work and time with Team USA as a jumping off point for his successful career.
