Annual Cricket Awards 2019

The annual cricket awards ceremony organized by Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) was held yesterday in a grand manner.
Lasith Malinga and Thisara Perera bagged two awards each.
The awards ceremony was held in 2018 and 2019 to recognize the outstanding performers of local and international cricket.
Dimuth Karunaratne won the award for the best Test cricketer while Dilruwan Perera was adjudged the best Test bowler.
Dhananjaya de Silva won the award for the best Test all-rounder.
Meanwhile, Kusal Janith Perera was adjudged the best ODI batsman while Lasith Malinga became the best ODI bowler.
Thisara Perera won the Best ODI Player of the Year award and Best 20 and 20 Batsman award.
Lasith Malinga was adjudged as the Best 20 and 20 Bowler while Isuru Udana emerged as the Best 20 and 20 Player.
No cricketer has been awarded this year's Cricketer of the Year award, which is one of the two main awards.
Meanwhile, Chamari Atapattu was adjudged Cricketer of the Year, Best ODI batsman, Best ODI batsman and Best 20 and 20 batsman.
