Dinesh Chandimal joins Army

Sri Lankan cricketer Dinesh Chandimal is to join the Army on behalf of the Army Sports Club.
The Army Media Spokesman's Office said so yesterday (25).
Former Sri Lanka captain Dinesh Chandimal has joined the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force as an authority officer with the intent of representing the Sri Lanka Army Cricket Team.
The Ministry of Defense has granted approval for this, the Army Media Spokesman's Office said.
It is reported that Dinesh Chandimal is to play domestic matches for the Army Sports Club.
