For the first time in history, Japan reach the semi-finals of the Rugby World Cup
Japan secured their place in the semi-finals of the World Cup Rugby World Cup yesterday.
Host Japan defeated Scotland in the preliminary round to qualify for the semi-finals of a Rugby World Cup for the first time in history.
The final was played between host Japan and Scotland yesterday.
This match was important for both teams to qualify for the semi-finals of the A Division.
Scotland scored the first score of the match but then scored a tying run for Japan in the 17th minute.
Japan took control of the match with a score of 21 to 07.
But in the second half, Scotland scored 14 points.
However, Japan won the match by scoring 7 points in the half.
It was the first time in history that Japan had qualified for the semi-finals of a Rugby World Cup.
