I was wondering what "Transer Window" is. but i got it now, looks like a term used in Football world.

A transfer window is the period during the year in which a football club can transfer players from other playing staff into their playing staff.

😆yeah you got it right, it comes up twice in a season. And during that period clubs buy players either on short term or long term contract or pamanently
