This year's summer transfer window ended in most places on Monday, as there are still opportunities for English clubs to trade internally, and in addition, countries' transfer windows such as Russia, Portugal and the Netherlands are still open. But for most English clubs, the last deals were completed on Monday, where Arsenal managed to secure Ghanaian Thomas Partey from Atletico Madrid.

Despite the window being closed, Arsenal's sporting director and former player Edu has reportedly already identified two transfer priorities for the next transfer window, according to the media football.london.

The first that the media experiences is one of those that Arsenal is keeping an eye on is Salzburg's Zambian striker Patson Daka. Daka has delivered 38 goals and 16 assists in his last 52 club matches, and this has reportedly aroused Arsenal's interest.

The other is Celtic's French striker Odsonne Edouard, who is a player that "The Gunners" have previously been interested in. Edouard scored 21 goals in 27 league games last season, and added up to 12 goals.

These are two key strikers that Arsenal should be most interested in, and it is therefore conceivable that the London club will next summer try to sell their French striker Alexandre Lacazette, who has a contract expiration at Arsenal in the summer of 2022. Then they have money for him, it seems to be for summer. It could therefore go on to become Lacazette's last season at Arsenal, if one is to listen to the rumors.
