Last week, it emerged at West Bromwich that Sam Allardyce had no intentions of extending his stay at The Hawthorns as the club's relegation was a reality. Therefore, the club is now looking for new forces on the coaching front, which can help ensure a quick return to the best company in England.

The fired Sheffield United coach Chris Wilder was quickly hailed as the favorite for the job. He has a great knowledge of The Championship and has previously led his team to promotion to the Premier League. Now, however, it is rumored that there is a new favorite to take over the reins at West Bromwich.

Frank Lampard, who has been without a job since being fired from Chelsea, is now, according to The Sun, going to a job interview at The Baggies. The former Chelsea player and coach, like Chris Wilder, has experience leading a team in the second-best English tier. He coached for a season at Derby before taking over at Stamford Bridge.

Not a bad place to revamp his coaching career. Might even help him build his reputation has a coach.
