Inter want to sign three Chelsea players

Antonio Conte will strengthen his Inter squad with several Chelsea players. According to Football Italia, these are Emerson Palmieri, Marcos Alonso and Olivier Giroud, who Conte will bring to Italy in the upcoming transfer window.

That announcement is in line with the one that Inter's director, Beppe Marotta, has come up with, as he would like to pick up at least two new players by January. Olivier Giroud in particular is a player that Antonio Conte would very much like to have for Inter.

At Inter, the Frenchman has been singled out as the ideal backup for Romelu Lukaku in the attack. Inter already have striker Andrea Piamonti, but the former Genoa striker has not impressed in the Inter jersey.

Giroud has previously been on his way to Inter when he tried to force a switch to the club in January, as he was not happy with the lack of playing time at Chelsea. At the time, however, it failed, but in two months he will again have the opportunity to switch to Inter.

Antonio Conte has previously brought several players from the Premier League to Inter. Six times before he has been shopping in England, where among others Romelu Lukaku, Ashley Young and Danish Christian Eriksen have all joined from the Premier League.
