Martin Braithwaite has been on fire recently in the Spanish big club FC Barcelona. The Danish has scored four goals in the last three matches.

And the Danish national team player's performance has not gone unnoticed by the team's coach, Ronald Koeman. The Dutch Barca coach has big praises for Braithwaite, and it is especially the players hard work that Koeman is enthusiastic about.

He's doing very well for us. A big thank you for his work. The players who play further back on the pitch benefit from his great work and the space he creates on the pitch, says Ronald Koeman according to the Spanish newspaper Marca.

Martin Braithwaite has so far played 20 games for Barcelona since joining the club in February, when the team's former striker Luis Suarez was out with a long-term injury.

Therefore, the Catalan big club could pick up a replacement for Suarez, as a rule in the Spanish transfer window meant that the clubs had to pick up a single player from the Spanish ranks if the accident should be out and that they should get an injury in an important position.

The 29-year-old contract with Barcelona expires in the summer of 2024.
