Crystal Palace could be interested in replacing Roy Hodgson with Chelsea legend Frank Lampard this Summer. The English newspaper Daily Mail, which according to the website mentions Lampard's name if a manager is to be changed at Selhurst Park.
Current Palace manager Roy Hodgson's contract expired with the club and it has not yet been decided which way the club wants to go in the future. However, the vacant Lampard is not the only name that management at Selhurst Park is discussing as a future manager.
Sean Dyche of Burnley and the unemployed Chris Wilder and Eddie Howe are also graduates. Lampard's Chelsea time ran out in January, delivering the team in the middle of the table and after a bad shoal. German Thomas Tuchel took over and he has almost revolutionized the team and brought them back into the top-4.
Another job that Lampard could be the subject of is in the English Football Association. The Daily Mail mentions that Lampard may be the favorite to take over the English U21 national team, which has disappointed at the European Championship finals. It is therefore expected that current national coach Aidy Boothroyd will be fired when the English return home.
So there are still opportunities for Frank Lampard in the football world, and who knows if it will be one of Chelsea's London rivals who runs with "The Blues" legend.
