Nothing Can Stop a Made Up Mind: Laurent Koscielny Finally leaves Arsenal!!
I have always read that "Nothing can stop a made up mind" and I have seen it happening in the football world!!
An Arsenal player, infact their former caption Laurent Koscielny has just demonstrated the power of decision!!
What a great place to derive motivation from than football hahaha.
According to the lastest reports in the football media, former Arsenal caption Laurent Koscielny has moved back to his home country France.
Laurent Koscielny has reportedly signed for Bordeaux in a £4.6 M deal.
It is really facsinating how Koscielny demanded a move away from Arsenal.
He refused to board the plane to Arsenal's pre-season games to the US....as in he refused to board the plane hahahaha.
I have now believed in the power of decisions, he decided he wants to leave Arsenal and stuck to it until it has finally been completed a few hours ago!!!
Koscielny had a year left on his deal at the club and had so far spent nine years at Arsenal.
He has won 3 FA Cups and obviously no premier league trophy in the 9 years he has spent at Arsenal!!
Could it be Arsenal's failure to win the premier league that triggered his move or other personal reasons??
I am saying this because I am Manchester United fan hahaha.!!
The Arsenal board thought that maybe Koscielny would change his mind after the team returned from pre-season!!
Arsenal had no option but to let their captain leave after he refused to change his mind.
Arsenal confirming his departure in a statement, saying: ‘We decided to sanction his move to Bordeaux once we agreed acceptable transfer terms.
‘We thank Laurent for his contribution to the club and wish him all the best for the future.’
As a fan, I also wish him a great time in France!!
Nothing can stop a made up mind!!
Should I assume that Pogba's mind is not yet made up and it's why he is still in Manchester United and not in Real Madrid????
Anyway we are all waiting for those last minute deals to go through or fail.
