El ¨Bowling¨  Es un deporte que tiene mucha aceptación en mi país, está regulado por la ¨Asociación¨¨Argentina¨ de ¨Bowling¨  Que es la responsable de organizar los diferentes eventos deportivos en toda nuestra nación

El Bowling como una actividad deportiva da mucho de qué hablar, sin embargo no quiero ahondar en reglamentaciones y el tipo de juego. Creo que todos conocen que cada jugador debe tirar 20 veces el balón y el que más derribo obtiene, es el ganador. Lo que me gusta del deporte es los disciplinados que son, sobre todo con las reglamentaciones y sus usos, como los de los zapatos exclusivos y los dos balones para sus diferentes usos o derribos.

Bowling as a sporting activity gives a lot to talk about, however I don't want to delve into regulations and the type of game. I think everyone knows that each player must throw the ball 20 times and the one who gets the most down is the winner. What I like about sport is the disciplined ones, especially with regulations and their uses, such as those for exclusive shoes and the two balls for their different uses or demolitions.

Al mencionar con mis hijos que el  ¨Bowling¨ es una actividad física, les causa gracia, ellos solo ver la parte divertida, sin embargo, jugar regularmente, es bueno para las piernas, la espalda y los brazos. Cada vez que un jugador tira el balón, está haciendo un gran movimiento que intervienen todas estas partes de nuestro cuerpo.

By mentioning with my children that "Bowling" is a physical activity, it makes them funny, they just watch the fun part, however, playing regularly is good for the legs, back and arms. Every time a player throws the ball, he is making a great move involving all these parts of our body.

El Bowling es una actividad terapéutica, ya  cada vez que te presentas a jugar, te olvidas de todo los problemas que puedas tener en tu vida, incluyendo los del trabajo, es ideal para disminuir el nivel de estrés.

Bowling is a therapeutic activity, and every time you show up to play, you forget all the problems you may have in your life, including those at work, it is ideal to reduce the level of stress.

Es ideal para incrementar las relaciones sociales, pueden ser conocidos del barrio, compañeros de trabajo, o personas que conoces en el mismo campo de juego. El ambiente que se perciben en estos lugares, siempre son de alegría. A mis hijos y nietos les encanta esta actividad, solemos incluir cada tanto en nuestros paseos, nos divertimos muchos y  además fortalecemos el vínculo familiar. Recuerden queridos amigos, hacer actividades físicas es bueno para una vida más saludable. 

It is ideal to increase social relationships, they can be known from the neighborhood, coworkers, or people you know in the same playground. The atmosphere that is perceived in these places, are always of joy. My children and grandchildren love this activity, we often include in our walks every so often, we have many fun and also strengthen the family bond. Remember dear friends, doing physical activities is good for a healthier life.
