After signing the long-awaited contract that has been anticipated by fans at Stamford Bridge CHO as he is fondly referred to as Chelsea has finally come back after a lengthy 5 months from injury, the truth is that the young Englishman has had a very big doubt over his future and definitely how the club might pan out and who wouldn't be? An exotic 18 year old wanted by Bayern Munich and definitely the star man coming in from the ranks, such a big flash and the boisterous English Media hammering away and hyping. In all fairness I don't know if it was a starting position to play in the first team that made CHO not want to sign a contract at his club of origin or it was the prospect of having to explore a footballing out of England? I mean who wouldn't think of this not to mention the money that comes with it? It is very difficult to see 18 year olds who are in the first team in the top European leagues except for a few exceptions and the believability of Odoi that he should be in the first team clashed with the then Chelsea manager Mauricio Sarri who limited him to only a few substitution.

So why Did Callum Hudson Odoi finally decided to sign the contract offered him? the first thing is that he is coming back from an ankle injury and when you look at the body language of this kid you will discover that there isn't that dazzling run that you would normally see him do but a cool and calm collected winger who prefer to do soft work and not endanger his ankle. He has been missing quite a lot of goals from the angle which he plays but nobody berates him for this because it is understandable that he is just coming out from an ankle injury and without a doubt in two to three years time CHO should be the replacement for Hazard that Stamford Bridge wants him to be. We have to understand one Factor and this is the fact that he is loved by the Chelsea faithful and they are ready to give him time to come good and obviously this is a very important reason when making a decision to stay at a club or go because when a player is loved irrespective of anything there's no doubting that there is a big chance for them to do well in the future.

The Bayern Munich offer might be off the table, why is this? I think currently the transfer window is closed and Bayern Munich has got every player they want and the truth of the matter is that he wouldn't just be slotted a number 7 shirt and he'll start scoring for fun and the fans will all be kumbaya with him. It'll be harder than that and if you look at a player that is making progress to be pressured into making instant impact on the field of play it will alter their developmental stages and makes it difficult for them to grow despite the potential they've shown take a look at Kelechi Iheanacho who was a boisterous talent in the Nigerian U17 but was ruined by Manchester City's who pressured him to grow to quick. I am sure that CHO has got his advisors and instead of pushing for a move out of the place where he is loved why not stay there and make a name for himself while also having the advantage of having the chance to grow into the player he could become, what is more valuable than this?

In Conclusion, Hudson Odoi has got the potential to succeed Eden Hazard and even do more but that will take a lot of hard work, experience, thorough tutelage the believe of a quality manager including a functional system and formation on the field of play that's if the English media will get off his back else he might just end up like a certain Jack Wilshere with all the potential, the ability and the talent to become a world star yet we hardly know where he now plies his trade. Needless to say, he is one for the future and I'm sure we're going to see those dazzling runs when he is fully fit and recovered but currently I think he's made the best decision by deciding to stay at his boyhood club. He might alternatively move at a later stage in his footballing career but staying now will help him develop and become that player a lot of people, fans and ex players feels he'd become.

Jack had a lot of injuries and i feel he played better when he was 18-20 than in later years.
The transfer ban could help Odoi as now they need players and Lampard is willing to let youngsters to play.
