Should Big Clubs In The English Premier League Pay More Attention To Adama Traore?

Adama Traore has become the third player to score three goals in a single top flight season against a Pep Guardiola led team, the former Middleborough and Aston Villa winger has been a player I've been observing since 2018 and I felt he was brawn that's was built-in with brains but I kept hearing that he can't play for a top EPL team. As much as I know Traore is a talismanic playmaker who can destroy any player from the wings, his athletic pace and the ability to speed with Unique styles of dribbling skills makes him as dangerous as players like Eden Hazard and the way he destroyed Manchester City's defender Mendy with his trickery and guile made me keep seeing a player that can go on to do big things with a big EPL team. The 23 year old Spanish born winger is a delight to watch and he's always productive with the ball and he's a joy to watch when he takes the ball in his strides and o keep asking myself one simple question, why isn't this guy targeted by Arsenal, Chelsea or Even Tottenham?

Looking at the former Youth Barcelona Prodigy, Traore is hardly the goal scorer that'll give you 20 goals in a season, but that's an aspect I feel he can develop of he plays for a top EPL side, Nuno Espirito has obviously brought out a better side to this guy's play and the Only difference between him and a player like Wilfred Zaha is that Zaha is a more refined goal scorer but Traore matches him for everything and even better. So I definitely think he's being overlooked because he's not the consistent goalscorer and this was exactly the same thing with Sadio Mane at Southampton, all the top sides neglected what Sadio Mane could do, the prospect he brings to a team and I lauded the scouts of Liverpool FC when they finally snapped up Sadio Mane and today he's not just a consistent goal scorer he makes impact, and to me he's currently the most dangerous player in the EPL.

Truth is Traore has played for a Barcelona side and he knows what it means to play at the biggest stages and I feel this guy is one player that could do big things should he go to a transitional club with of course a manager that can bring out the best in him. For a team like Chelsea Currently who needs a winger, Traore is currently at the backyard but sincerely I don't know what the scouts at Stamford bridge are waiting for. This guy is a combination of Willian and Hazard and the way he brushes off defenders is something Chelsea needs, with a lot of fragility in Tammy Abraham and Hudson Odoi, Chelsea needs that bulldozer that will drive into the box and giving space for others to score, he builds up play very nicely and when you see him running down the wing there's an 85% Certainty that he'll beat his man nicely.

If Liverpool weren't a complete team already I'm sure they'll be going for this guy. The big guns in the EPL are focused more in buying Ronald and Messi rather than taking this beast in their backyard and turning him to one of the deadliest things in the game of football, Arsenal for one needs him too, I feel he could do big things playing with a player like Ozil. Arsenal doesn't really have that runner built with trickery, except maybe Bukayo Saka but he's a young player and not really that impacting enough. Though I feel he'll do big things for Arsenal should he have the time to develop long enough. In conclusion I think it's time EPL top teams started paying attention to Adama Traore, he's EPL breed and can blend into any top team without waiting to gel or get into his strides and that's one important factor to having the 23 year old. He's nicely young too, a player that can give ten years or more and with a bid of 50 million pounds I think Wolves will part with him.

Adama Traore has the experience with the clubs like Barca and he is a good player. Given an opportunity in the big platform like EPL, he will definitely can prove him.

I would love to see him in EPL.

Consistency has always been the problem for Traore both over a season and within individual games.

His pace and strength get him into a lot of good positions but he often fails to deliver because his technique is not quite that of a really top-class player. This season he has definitely improved but I'd say that teams will be taking a good long look to see if he can maintain that form before paying what I'm sure would be a huge sum of money for him - I think Wolves would want much more than £50million for a 23-year-old who has Premier League experience. If Arsenal are prepared to pay £72million for Pepe who was playing in a 2nd rate league then Wolves would be well within their rights to demand at least that much for Traore.

I guess the other question is, why would he want to leave Wolves for a club like Spurs, Chelsea, Arsenal or Everton? He's a key player at a stable club who are improving season on season and who have already shown they have the financial resources to bring in other quality players and pay their existing talent what they deserve. All of the aforementioned clubs are in various degrees of turmoil and change. I doubt that Traore will be pushing too hard for a move away to one of those teams at present...

Hello buddy? Been a while, well I think he's not really had a good management, I feel he's a quality player and he needs the right kind of management to ensure that consistency and that's why I feel he'll want to leave wolves next season. Every player wants to be a mainstream player at an elite club and even when he's not scoring you could feel the impact and he's done this for More than 2 Season at the EPL.
In my opinion he's underrated. However I think his time will come.

Thanks a whole lot for your support

His keey qualities are his pace and physicality. I still think he lacks the technique and quality to make it in an elite team just yet, but he is getting there. He's improved but I'd like to see more end product to his game. He reminds me of The Ox in many ways.

I can see him being a squad player under Klopp because he's just the kind of energy junkie Kloppo loves but other than that, I doubt any club would splash big money on him

I watched him against Spurs and he was a constant threat. That being said he was up against Jan Vertonghen who does not have the pace to play left-back against a guy like that and the whole set-up under Mourinho always leaves whoever is playing in that position very exposed. Traore scored a great goal in that game but given the space he had and the chances to create and score more you could say he should have done better. That was a very open match with lots of space for the flair players on both sides. I'd like to see how he does against a team who set up with 2 banks of 4 in defence and don't give him room to run into, has he got the tactical game to combat that? I've not watched him enough to be sure

Question marks hang over his technique but he doesn't lack the physicality, that's for sure. He's a problem for typical wing backs, so it was a miss match against Vertoghen.

I'll keep an eye on his progress and by the end of the season, we'll get a clearer picture. Right now, he just seems like a runner and a damn good one at that.
