AFCON 2019: SENEGAL VS ALGERIA FINAL MATCH PREVIEW
Having both won each of their Semi-Finals games in the ongoing tournament, the National teams of Senegal and Algeria are set to battle for the Ultimate crown of the continent's football game today.
The Senegal national team qualified for the Final match at the back of their 1-0 victory against Tunisia in their Semi-Finals game. The win wasn't a stroll in the park for the Senegal team as the game dragged to extra time before they eventually got their lone and winning goal through Dylan Bronn. Although, both teams had both missed from the spot in the normal 90 minutes duration.
The Algeria national team also booked their place in the Finals by beating Nigeria in a keenly contested match that produced the winning goal of the match in the very last minute. The match ended 2-1 in Algeria's favour.
Going to this match, it is worthy to know that Senegal has never won AFCON before while Algeria has only won once in 1990 which was also hosted by them that year.
My prediction for the match is that Algeria will come out victorious as there performances when compared to Senegal's is better especially in the knockout games. But remember this is football where anything can happen.
