Manual Curation is Alive in Sportstalk

So I tried to observe the voting behavior of some of the users here and I can say most of the times curation in Sportstalk is manual.

I think its main reason is that most of the users here have separated their sportstalk account from their main Steem account. My observation is that they don't want to use their SP and Sports Power on the same post since both have different condensers.

This leaves a reason why people is manually curating in Sportstalk. I'm not saying all but most of the people are absorbing contents here.

Even me, I haven't autovoted anyone. As much as possible I like to know where my votes are going, who are the people I am voting, and most importantly I can balance my influence both to great authors and to my audience. Manual Curation is alive in Sportstalk that's what I noticed.

You are right about the manual upvotes anyway because some whales are still moving round to curate good content.

I think overall manual curation is alive, I've seen automated curation though and the only issue I see with it is sometimes those who are getting automatic votes start to abuse is by posting junk or plagerism.

Totally agree and they've been hit anyway. I've seen large stakeholders getting attacked because of abuse. So I'd say overall we're doing well with curation 😀
