MY TOP 3 FOOTBALLING MOMENTS OF 2019.

So finally 2020 is here, but 2019 was a really beautiful one football wise. From the very tight title race between Liverpool and Manchester City to a very fiercely competitive Champions League. So here are my top three Footballing Moments in 2019.

3). Liverpool beating Barcelona 4-0: Any football follower would certainly have felt chills if you had seen that game. The way Liverpool totally blew away Barcelona in the second leg of their Champions League tie by 4-0 was just mind blowing. I certainly didn't predict that, and I don't know anybody that predicted that win and by that scoreline.

2). Manchester City winning the Premier League: When Liverpool were leading, truly thought it would be their year, but then they threw the lead away and Man City snatched the league after a very tough battle. That's why it makes it to my top three Footballing Moments.

3). Liverpool winning the Champions League: It certainly made my year that Liverpool were on the top in Europe. They played beautiful football last season and it was truly a shame that they didn't win the Premier League also, but all the same the Champions League was a welcome addition to their trophy cabinet. I am certainly happy for them and it made my year.
