Sport: Belgium Has Ambitions to Host the Women's World Cup, 2023

Women's soccer world cup does have a difference with the men's world cup which is so excited and trending. but both have an interesting impression in advancing the sport of world football.

A quotation from #m-timesofindia reports that the Belgian Football Association has expressed interest in hosting the women's world cup of 2023. to join the nine other member associations in the bidding process, the world sports management body.

The Belgian decision follows the FIFA Board which has agreed to increase the number of participating teams for the 2023 event from 24 to 32 and reopen for the next bidding process.

As such, Belgium has joined the race with Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, and South Korea who are interested in a joint bid with its North Korean partners.

In a FIFA statement:

Ten MA (member associations) have received an overview of the bidding process (including updated high-level hosting requirements) and will have a deadline until September 2, 2019 to confirm their participation, "

"In addition, until the deadline for submission of bids, every member association that wishes to join the existing offer will be permitted to do so, provided it has submitted a bid registration to FIFA."

Previously Francis had successfully organized a large women's world cup party held between 7 June and 7 July 2019, with 52 matches held in nine cities in France, for the first time this tournament was the first edition of the Women's World Cup using a video referee assistant system (video assistant referee, VAR).

Interest in women's games has never been higher, with record broadcasts that were interrupted worldwide in the June-July exhibition. nearly 59 million people watched France beat the potential of 2023 hosts Brazil in the last 16, becoming the most viewed women's soccer match of all time.

FIFA will send bidding and hosting documents next month and the deadline for submitting bids is December 13. the host is expected to be appointed in May next year.
