Is Barca resort to FIFA in the case of Neymar
Barcelona's technical secretary Eric Abidal has opened the door for the Catalan club to sign Brazilian Neymar da Silva, Paris Saint-Germain star, next summer.
Barcelona had made a major effort in negotiating with Neymar over Neymar last summer, but the French club overstated the financial terms needed to complete the deal.
Abidal said in statements to the newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" Spanish: "The inclusion of Neymar? The player who is in the best category in the world, and has the philosophy of Barcelona and performs at a high level, will always be an option for us."
"We make decisions at the sporting level in Barcelona this way, but on the economic level, there are things that are accessible and other things you cannot reach, and the future will tell us what will happen."
"The season is still long, but if Neymar continues to offer such a fantastic level, I will not say it will be our first choice, but clearly one of the choices."
Abidal confirmed that Barcelona was ready to negotiate with Saint Germain on Neymar, before resorting to resolve the exploitation of the transfer regulations of the players in the FIFA, to join the Brazilian star at a fair price determined by "FIFA".
