Dia normal en la oficina, al salir he ido al gimnasio. Cuando llegue a casa estrené la nueva pistola de masaje que teóricamente beneficia mucho la recuperación muscular y ayuda en la flexibilidad de los músculos, ya os iré contando.

Normal day at the office, I went to the gym on my way out. When I get home I have a new massage gun that theoretically benefits muscle recovery and helps with muscle flexibility, I will tell you more about it.
