Maxim Dadashev dies in hospital

It has been reported that Russian boxer Maxim Dadashev dies in a hospital in the United state after fight with peurto Rican boxer Subriel Matias.

The Russian super-lightweight underwent emergency brain surgery and was placed in a medically induced coma after suffering serious injuries in his defeat to Subriel Matias on Friday night.

After being rushed to the hospital, Dadashev had the right side of his skull removed to ease brain swelling from a haematoma.

Unfortunately, for the young man he did not survive through and passed away four days later.

No further information was released until his wife arrived in the country, and it has now been revealed that he passed away on Tuesday.
