Fitness: 12th September 2020 + A Did You Know Question

Good Morning

So, I am back after a hiatus. In fact, I was engaged in just some low-intensity exercises over the last few days. I think a few weeks now or is it months? Hm... Not bad. I was impressed with how my body could adapt and still stay slim and healthy.

How do I know I remained strong? Well, I took to my heaviest dumbells for my biceps today and did it with quite an ease. So, happy to have realized that. Anyway, let’s get to know what I was up to today.

Today my focus was on a mix of exercise than a particular body group. So, it was spread across three different types which you would realize as you read further.

Here are my focused parts:

  1. Abs and Lower Abs [2 sets]
  2. Biceps with weights [3 sets]
  3. Pushups [3 sets]

And the fun part was I wanted to go for more; no issues, I will go for more tomorrow and will enjoy doing so.

Bijender Singh of India holds the record for most pushups in an hour. He completed 3,877 pushups in an hour, thereby entering the Guinness World Record.

The astonishing thing is that the record was created in 1988 and stands to this day!

So, anyone plans to challenge the record? 😊
