Fitness: 15th September 2020 + A Did You Know Question

Good Morning

Okay, back to basics with some intensity now. I have upped the ante with the weights, and it will go on increasing every day. Today was quite good and a great morning. It was hazy, not raining, not sunny and brought about some holiday mood. I enjoyed it.

So, what did I do as far as exercise was concerned? Let’s look at it.

I focused on cores and biceps today and followed the quadruplet form of exercise, which I usually did. Here are the quadruplets:

  1. 1-set of planks
  2. 1-set of weights for cross-fit
  3. 1-set of weights for biceps
  4. 1-set of resistance band for back and shoulders
    I did a total of three sets. It was fun yet demanding. But I guess with some more days of weights I should get back to the routine. Of course, the body was as powerful as ever. I loved it.

Bijender Singh of India holds the record for most pushups in an hour. He completed 3,877 pushups in an hour, thereby entering the Guinness World Record.

The astonishing thing is that the record was created in 1988 and stands to this day!
