Fitness: 18th September 2020 + A Did You Know Question

Good Morning

So, here we are welcoming yet another beautiful day! It is always good to get on with the day with so much positivity and hope. Things are working out well too, and the general energy through the day is high. And the outcome of that is achieving a lot more than I usually do. I am sure others have experienced this too.

Now, coming to my day and what I did today. Let’s go.

Today, I went back to abs. I am alternating every day with abs to give a lot more focus to one of the largest muscle group in our body. I followed the quadruplet form of exercise.

Here is what I did:

  1. 1-set of crunches with weights
  2. 1-set of reverse crunches
  3. 1-set for glutes
  4. 1-set for lower back

I did a total of three quadruplets. It was good, but I will soon start focusing on exercising beyond the limits. That will be good for muscle building and stamina. That would be even more fun. 😊

Bijender Singh of India holds the record for most pushups in an hour. He completed 3,877 pushups in an hour, thereby entering the Guinness World Record.

The astonishing thing is that the record was created in 1988 and stands to this day!

So, anyone plans to challenge the record? 😊
