Fitness: 20th October 2020 + A Did You Know Question

Good Morning

I got up pretty early today; in fact, very early, at about 3 a.m. I thought of going about the things that I wanted to do, but then I fell asleep. However, I got up at 6:00 a.m. and then was off to work in a jiffy. Have you heard of what they say about waking up at 3:00 a.m.? And no, I am not talking about horror stuff, but on the divine side. No idea? No probs, I will write a separate article on that.

Anyway, coming to my exercise regime, I focused on abs today, and it was a worthwhile session. Let’s get to know what I did.

So, following up with my general exercise yesterday, I thought of focusing on the abs today. I followed the quadruplet form where four exercises are done in quick succession in each set.

Here were my quadruplets:

  1. 1-set of crunches with weights
  2. 1-set of reverse crunches
  3. 1-set of glutes
  4. 1-set of lower back

I was running a bit late so did two sets of quadruplets, but it was good. I would have loved to do more but not upset that I couldn’t. Tomorrow I will try to start a bit early, that way I can get things done and focus on my exercises too.
