Fitness: 30th July 2020 + A Did You Know Question

Good Morning

Today I got back to my heavy-hitting regime with a focus on my abs. And as usual, my partner, my daughter, was there pushing me to do more. So, that’s how the day started, and as you would have guessed, it was awesome. 😊

So, let’s jump to my schedule, shall we?

Getting back with the heavyweights is a good thing, and I think I got stronger with the break. My muscles must have got time to firm up, I guess. It is like the Saiyyans in Dragon Ball Z if at all any of you watch it. 😊

I followed the pentapulet form of exercise for my abs regime. Here they are:

  1. 1-set of crunches
  2. 1-set of reverse crunches
  3. 1-set of weights for obliques
  4. 1-set of glutes and back
  5. 1-set of lower back

I did a total of three pentapulets and it was fun. It was a great start to the day and one that I enjoyed. So, that’s it from me for today. I will see you all tomorrow.

Bijender Singh of India holds the record for most pushups in an hour. He completed 3,877 pushups in an hour, thereby entering the Guinness World Record.

The astonishing thing is that the record was created in 1988 and stands to this day!

So, anyone plans to challenge the record? 😊
