Fitness: 3rd August 2021 + A Did You Know Fitness Question

Good Morning

At times a new perspective or change in perspective is of order, and I think today I got one. Again, the credit for the inspiration for the new perspective has to be given to the divine. Rest, I will happily take credit for. 😊

With the change in perspective regarding my life and how things are going on, I am quite thrilled with things. Contrast this with just yesterday night where I was a bit morose. So, there is a sea of change when it comes to how I felt and how I feel now. And that, in turn, makes a lot of difference to how I operate. I am thrilled.

Yesterday’s physical exercise was good, and I plan the same for today but a little later in the day. You know when there are pressing things to be done, you would rather do the more important things a bit later. Yeah, that’s what I am going to do.

But I did get on with meditation, and I am glad I did. Focusing and aiming towards peace is such a great thing to do right in the morning. With that, we are in a better position to face the day. And trust me, I get the impression that somehow meditation takes out the challenges and impediments on our path even before we get on the path. So, a handy tool in our schedule. If you ask me if I have scientific proof to prove what I say, then I don’t have one. But if you ask me did I experience such a difference in my days with meditation, then my answer is definitely yes.

The best way to test this out is to do it yourself. Do it and arrive at your own conclusions. 😊

Anyway, that’s it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.

Namaste.

😊
