Morning Walk - 14th Jan 2020
So, my pace has improved and I have 90% recovered from my back injury. Considering that the injury itself was only last week, this has to be my quickest recovery.
I could walk more freely today unlike the last few days where I had to limp in pain and my walking itself used to look like it was done with clicks and ricketing skeletons.
At this pace, I may even run tomorrow. Hmm. Not a bad idea.
Let's just do it. No overthinking this part.
