Weights: 10th May 2020 + A Did You Know Question
Good Morning
Happy Sunday to you all. Hope it is going well, and you’ll are enjoying. Mine was excellent and continues to be awesome. I had some work in the morning, which had me walk about 2 km, and that added to my exercising regime. 😉
Anyway, it was quite a busy morning until now. And now, I get to sit down and focus on my writing stuff. But before all, let me outline the exercises that I did today.
Yesterday evening was free time as my lil Colonel was particular about taking her break, and of course, I believe it will be the same today. But no issues on that one as she is entirely focused during the week. 😊
Let’s come to today morning. Once I was back home, I got on with the abs again. Yes, this was the second day in succession where I was focused on abs. I don’t mind it as that’s one body part that I am fully focused on at the moment. It is similar to my focus on abs and cores for the entire February. It worked wonders, and I am happy with the results. So, abs every alternate day is a good thing. Let’s see how it progresses.
As usual, I got into the triplets mode and here are my abs triplets:
- 1-set Crunches
- 1-set Reverse-Crunches
- 1-set weights for obliques (alternated with side planks)
I did a total of six sets in all but at a high intensity. In other words, there were hardly any breaks. That was some burn. I loved it!
So, that’ it from me for now. I will catch up with you all tomorrow.
Till then, namaste! 😊
And wish you all a lovely day!!

Did You Know?
Mario Silvestri of Italy holds the Guinness World Record for most burpees in a minute. He did 47 burpees in 60 seconds.
That’s almost three burpees every 4 seconds. Phew!
How do you fancy doing 47 burpees a minute? Or how many can you do in a minute? Let me know in the comments.
