Weights: 13th July 2020 + A Did You Know Question

Good Morning

What a bright start to the day and the week I have had! I have to admit that I got up a lot later than I had intended but still got about doing things that I wanted to do. So, I am happy, and there is still the whole day at my disposal, God willing!

Anyway, let’s get to know my exercise regime for today.

I focused on my cardio and strength exercises today rather than weights. I used one of our regular evening exercises for this. How does it look?

Here it is:

  1. Warm-up: About a couple of minutes
  2. Dynamic abdominal plank: 45-seconds
  3. Burpees: 6
  4. Side planks: 30-seconds each side
  5. Rock-climbing: 45-seconds
  6. Reverse cycling: 30-seconds
  7. Reverse row-hold: 30-seconds

I also added a set of resistance band for my shoulder and back. It was fun, fast and worth the effort. I will go back to weights and abs tomorrow, which, of course, I will update tomorrow.

The astonishing thing is that the record was created in 1988 and stands to this day!
