Weights: 13th June 2020 + A Did You Know Question
Good Morning
I think the Saturday weekend fever caught up with me and I was in two minds to exercise or not. But then my I went ahead with the exercise anyway. I did it.
So, that ensures that I did not have a break day at all since April 6th and I am quite happy about that.
So, what did I do today? I did the shorter version of my evening exercise today just to keep the blood flowing and momentum on. While it looks quite less as compared to my usual workouts, I am glad that I did it. These exercises keep the energy flowing, and that is so much essential to keep the spirits high.
Well, here is what I did:
- Dynamic abdominal plank: 45-seconds
- Burpees: 6
- Side planks: 30-seconds each side
- Rock-climbing: 45-seconds
- Reverse cycling: 30-seconds
- Reverse row-hold: 30-seconds
Also, Saturdays and Sundays happen to be an off day for my daughter, so this was only me doing in the morning. Anyway, that’s it from me for today. I will be updating you about more tomorrow. Also, I plan to go for a run after nearly three months. Let’s see how that works out.
So, till tomorrow, namaste! 😊
Also, I wish you all a great day!

Did You Know?
George Hood of the US holds the record for abdominal planks. The record stands at 10 hours 10 minutes. The previous record-holder was Mao Weidong of China, who held the plank position for 8 hours and 1 minute.
Phew, even the previous record-holder wasn’t bad, in my opinion. My longest plank so far has been for a two-and-a-half-minute. That’s tiny in comparison to the record holders.
What was your best abdominal planks time?
Let me know in the comments.😊
