Weights: 18th May 2020 + A Did You Know Question
Good Morning
Happy to welcome a new week and to start it with so many possibilities to live and achieve. It is such a fulfilling feeling to know that we have so much to do and even more fulfilling actually to achieve it. So, here I am setting out on a new week with a lot of love.
I am happy that I continue to work out every day and post about my workout every day, though, my yesterday’s post is not showing. I am not sure what happened but no point going and posting the old article again.
So, here’s my new and fresh post about the 18th May workout.
Being a weekday, my daughter joined me on the daily workout, and she finished her regime with military precision. I am always amazed at the things that she ends up doing. 😊
Now, coming to my regime, today’s focus was on chest and back. So, I did the quadruplet groups of exercises.
What were my quadruplets? Here they are:
- 1-set of push-ups (different styles every quadruplet)
- 1-set of weights for chest
- 1-set of weights for back
- 2-set of weights for triceps
I did a total of five quadruplets in all. It was fun, and I could feel the muscle bulge. It’s now more than a month of continuous exercise, and I feel energetic, fitter, lighter and faster. It’s a great experience!
Anyway, that’s it from me for today. I will meet you tomorrow.
Namaste! 😊
And wish you all a lovely day!

Did You Know?
I had posted earlier that George Hood of the U.S. holds the record for the abdominal planks. That record stands at 8 hours 15 minutes and 15 seconds.
Here is a video of the man in action and receiving the Guinness Record certificate.
Watch and have fun:
Feeling inspired? Trying doing a three-minute plank to start with and then take it as much as you can go! 😊
