Weights: 19th July 2020 + A Did You Know Question

Good Morning

Ahh, Sundays are such fun days to chill out. With not much of outside activities at the moment, staying at home and finding new things to do is the norm. So, here I am, writing about things I love, and of course, this post.

Sunday or any other day, exercise is one of the best things that can be done for ourselves. So, that’s what I did today.

Let’s find out what I did.

Sunday morning focus was on my chest and back, and I followed the quadruplet form. Here are my quadruplets:

  1. 1-set of pushups
  2. 1-set of weights for chest
  3. 1-set of weights for back
  4. 1-set of resistance band for chest and back

I did four sets in total and loved the feeling. Now that I have done one of the important things today, I can relax a bit and then follow through.

Did You Know?

Bijender Singh of India holds the record for most pushups in an hour. He completed 3,877 pushups in an hour, thereby entering the Guinness World Record.

The astonishing thing is that the record was created in 1988 and stands to this day!

So, anyone plans to challenge the record? 😊
