Weights: 24th June 2020 + A Did You Know Question
Good Morning
Today I must have got up on the right side of the bed in all possible manner, as I am excited and happy. All the energy work and bodybuilding work that I have been doing seem to be bearing fruit. It is an incredible feeling!
So, I welcome another awesome day which I know is going to be successful in every conceivable way. If that is the case, then what better than starting the day with proper exercise. And that’s what I did.
Let’s take a look at my regime.
Today my focus was on the chest and back, and I followed the quadruplet form of exercise. What is the quadruplet form you ask? Well, it is a bunching of four different exercises together and doing them without a break. Since four exercises are bunched together, it is called quadruplet.
I am sure you want to know the quadruplets, so here it is.
- 1-set of pushups
- 1-set of weights for chest
- 1-set of weights for back
- 1-set of weights for triceps
I did a total of five quadruplets and loved it. Each of the exercises also keeps changing within a quadruplet; I mean, if the first pushup is the regular horizontal one, then the second set would be a wide-arm pushup and so on. The same applies to other exercises within a quadruplet too.
I hope you got an idea of the things that I do and you can try it out if you like. Anyway, that’s it from me for today. I will see you tomorrow.
Namaste!
Also, I wish you all a great day!

Did You Know?
George Hood of the US holds the record for abdominal planks. The record stands at 10 hours 10 minutes. The previous record-holder was Mao Weidong of China, who held the plank position for 8 hours and 1 minute.
Phew, even the previous record-holder wasn’t bad, in my opinion. My longest plank so far has been for a two-and-a-half-minute. That’s tiny in comparison to the record holders.
What was your best abdominal planks time?
Let me know in the comments.😊
