Good Morning

Here is one more interesting and exciting day. I had a ball storming through the morning, and there is still loads of time in the day. Boy, this is turning out to be an awesome day already!

As always, how can an amazing day not have a fantastic workout? So, yes, I did go through my workout regime today. I had focused on my abs, and let’s get to see my regime.

I was focused today on the second version of my abs exercise. One of the critical change is the use of breathing exercise, along with weights in this form of exercise. So, what was my regime? Here it is:

  1. 1-set of stomach vacuum (alternated with Japanese breathing technique)
  2. 1-set of reverse-crunch
  3. 1-set of weights for lower back and hamstrings
  4. 1-set of glutes

This was the quadruplet (since four exercises) that I followed for the day. I did a total of six quadruplets. I enjoyed the schedule and all set up for the day. So, that’s it for the day. I will be seeing you tomorrow.

Namaste!

Also, I wish you all a great day!

Did You Know?

George Hood of the US holds the record for abdominal planks. The record stands at 10 hours 10 minutes. The previous record-holder was Mao Weidong of China, who held the plank position for 8 hours and 1 minute.

Phew, even the previous record-holder wasn’t bad, in my opinion. My longest plank so far has been for a two-and-a-half-minute. That’s tiny in comparison to the record holders.

What was your best abdominal planks time?

Let me know in the comments.😊
