Good Morning

While a good part of Europe would be soon waking up to a lovely Monday and the Americas would still be on a Sunday, Asia is already basking in the sun on a bright Monday morning. It is indeed lovely as ever, and I am starting to like Monday mornings as much as my weekends. May this love for weekdays continue and prosper!

It was a somewhat subdued Sunday, as far as my activity on Hive were concerned, but I am happy that I am back today. I will have to give more than 110% today to complete a few of the tasks that I have set out for myself. Let’s see how that progresses.

But first, let’s get to know about my morning exercise schedule.

Yesterday evening my daughter was resting for the Sabbath, ( :) ) and I let her. So, nothing much on the evening front. We will be on today evening though. I will update about that tomorrow.

The morning was super cool with me focusing on chest and back. I am happy with the quadruplet sets that I am following for the chest regime, and I am losing weight for sure. The other day, in a hurry, I took my wife’s T-shirt and wore it instead of mine. Now, she is two sizes smaller than me and yet I fit into the T-shirt. The only thing that was not fine was the height since I am taller. But that experience was awesome! I am happy with the progress in weight loss that I have achieved.

Well, without delay, here is the quadruplet that I was discussing:

  1. 1-set of push-ups
  2. 1-set of weights for chest
  3. 1-set of weights for back
  4. 1-set of weights for triceps

I did a total of five quadruplets and threw in a set of biceps and reverse push-ups. And with absolute satisfaction, I proceeded with all the other activities of the day. 😊

Anyway, that is it from me for today. I will be meeting you all tomorrow.

Namaste!

And wish you all a lovely day!

Did You Know?

I had posted earlier that George Hood of the U.S. holds the record for the abdominal planks. That record stands at 8 hours 15 minutes and 15 seconds.

Here is a video of the man in action and receiving the Guinness Record certificate.

Watch and have fun:

Feeling inspired? Trying doing a three-minute plank to start with and then take it as much as you can go! 😊
