Good Morning

I wish you all a lovely morning and a great day ahead. Today I got up a bit early, much like during my running days. It was a pleasant experience, though, I stayed home and got into writing and exercise.

Today was a day of cores and biceps, and like always, I rocked it well. I am all set to join the gym once the lockdown is done. I wanted to get into a rhythm of exercising every day, to join the gym. Now, that I am confident that I am indeed in the rhythm, time to go out and lift the weights. 😊

Let’s get to my morning schedule.

Yesterday evening it was solo for my daughter as I was busy with some work. I did accompany her during the warmup, after which she took over. So, let’s jump to my morning schedule.

As already mentioned, today, the focus was on cores and biceps. My usual triplet form is what I followed, and here they are:

  1. 1-set of planks
  2. 1-set of weights for cross-fit
  3. 1-set of weights for biceps

I did a total of nine triplets. Also, I did one set of triceps and reverse push-up to wind up the day. It was a nice feeling when you feel all pumped up in both mind and body.

Well, that’s it from me for today. I will see you tomorrow.

Namaste!

I wish you all a lovely and wonderful day! 😊

Did You Know?

I had posted earlier that George Hood of the U.S. holds the record for the abdominal planks. That record stands at 8 hours 15 minutes and 15 seconds.

Here is a video of the man in action and receiving the Guinness Record certificate.

Watch and have fun:

Feeling inspired? Trying doing a three-minute plank to start with and then take it as much as you can go! 😊
