Good Morning

Okay, the weekend has arrived, and I am enjoying every bit of it. The day was a bit at ease, though I had to run some errands, exercise and even get out for some groceries. It was all cool, but it was mid-day by the time I got done.

Anyway, let's get to my exercise schedule, shall we?

Today morning I was in an experimenting mood and hence did not go with my usual forms of exercise. I was sifting through YouTube and found one which I liked and got doing that exercise. It was a combination of eleven exercises of varying reps and sets.

Here are the exercises that I did:

As you would have guessed, that's not me in the video, but that is what I did today morning. I quite liked the exercises, and it was impacting all the part of the body. Worth a try!

I may introduce this as one of my regular versions. I enjoyed it. Anybody else likes the exercises shown?

Let me know in the comments. Anyway, I will meet you all tomorrow. Namaste!

And I wish you all a lovely day!

Did You Know?

George Hood of the US holds the record for abdominal planks. The record stands at 10 hours 10 minutes. The previous record-holder was Mao Weidong of China, who held the plank position for 8 hours and 1 minute.

Phew, even the previous record-holder wasn't bad, in my opinion. My longest plank so far has been for a two-and-a-half-minute. That's tiny in comparison to the record holders.

What was your best abdominal planks time?

Let me know in the comments.😊
