Oath to myself
A few weeks ago, I made an oath to myself to workout more and eat healthier to lose weight and feel better physically and emotionally.
Up until now, the weight loss has been minimal, just one kilogram, but my physical condition has been growing steadily, which I notice in my workouts.
Today an interval training was on the agenda for an hour. With one intenser block of 10 minutes. I notice that my heart rate is lowering for the same activity. And that feels good!
Proud of myself, and I will keep on going!
