Belgium needs two wins UEFA Europa League tonight, to secure Champions League spot in 2022

In professional football, especially in these weird times without spectators, a Champions League spot is like winning a lottery ticket.
Countries like Belgium, The Netherlands, Scotland,... get a boost when one or two clubs can qualify for the UEFA Champions League. Now, Belgium has the right to one spot in the group stage and one in the third preliminary round. That is really important for Belgian football. And it is all distributed based on the rankings in the UEFA coefficients list. Which is calculated by dividing points for wins and draws by the number of clubs competing. The last five years decide the ranking.
Now Belgium is on the brink of losing the points of a very good year, so this year is very important if we don’t want to lose those spots in the Champions League.
By my calculations, two wins tonight would keep Belgium quite secure. Especially if you realise that Club Brugge is already sure of Europa League after the winter break. A win tonight by Antwerp and KAA Gent is important to kee our lead over Serbia. And secure the twelfth spot in the ranking for 2022!

Hmm. We will see what will happen. I believe that the bulgarian champions Ludogorets will get at least draw in Atwerpen.. In the first game they did not deserve to lose..
