Lost Champions League Final

2 incredible mistakes in one game, that's what happened in the Champions League Final two years ago between Real Madrid and Liverpool. Both mistakes had the signature of Loris Karius. The goalkeeper of Liverpool FC at that time. He was transferred to Liverpool from FSV Mainz 05 in 2016, and that was mainly the idea of Jurgen Klopp, the coach of Liverpool. Now, Simon Mignolet was the number 1 in the goal of Liverpool in 2016. He played some magnificent games, but was a bit insecure at some times. Now Jurgen Klopp immediately made it clear that Karius was his number one, and slowly but surely Mignolet was replaced by Karius. Even though Karius showed he was even more insecure that Mignolet and was a master in making incredible blunders. Eventually it meant the end for Mignolet at LIverpool, and he was transferred to Club Brugge this summer.

But, what if Klopp had played Mignolet in the UEFA Champions League Final? Maybe they would have won it? We will never know. But that Karius will keep on doing comedy capers as a goalkeeper, that is for sure. After that dreadfull night, he left Liverpool for Besiktas, and there he kept on doing what he does best, strange things that lead to goals of the opponent. Funny, but not exactly what is expected from a goalkeeper. Here is a small but incredibly funny clip of his "best" moments!

Now, I think very highly of Jurgen Klopp, but he surely was wrong with his choice for Karius!
