Premier League Top 4: Updated Odds

Although Liverpool seem to be running away with the title, there are loads of twists and turns going on in the race for a top 4 finish.

This set of fixtures was no different. Let's see how things stand.

Leicester

Previous Odds: 1.28
New Odds: 1.26
Implied Probability: 79.4%

A win to stop the freefall has seen Leicester's odds shorten somewhat. This was also boosted by the fact that other competitors for the top 4 dropped points. They're in a great position now.

Chelsea

Previous Odds: 1.88
New Odds: 1.64
Implied Probability: 61%

Just what Chelsea needed. A victory over rivals Arsenal has seen their odds shorten, too. They're not finished yet but this is a positive step towards their goal.

Tottenham

Previous Odds: 2.24
New Odds: 3.40
Implied Probability: 29.4%

A bump in the road in the form of an unexpected draw has seen Tottenham's odds drift significantly. They're still in the race but they need to get back to winning ways quickly.

Manchester United

Previous Odds: 5.10
New Odds: 3.55
Implied Probability: 28.2%

A tough battle awaits but Manchester United are back in the race for a top 4 spot following consecutive wins. They almost looked out of it at one point so it will be interesting to see if they can keep this run going.

Wolves

Previous Odds: 15.0
New Odds: 13.5
Implied Probability: 7.4%

Big outsiders, but Wolves' chances increase despite losing to Liverpool. Still, 3 points in total from City and Liverpool is more than would have been expected and Arsenal and Spurs also dropped points.

Arsenal

Previous Odds: 19.0
New Odds: 27.0
Implied Probability: 3.7%

A poor loss to Chelsea has seen Arsenal all but out of the race for a top 4 place. Unless they go on a good run of form soon, they'll quicky fall off this list, too.
