Top french based men's volleyball team, Tours VB, defeated Verva Warszawa Orlen in the round five of the 2019/2020 CEV men's champions league, reigniting hopes of participating in the quarters after making a poor start to the competition.

The french champions are now likely to proceed to the Quaters of the competition if they keep their minds in the game, showing the right attitudes and most importantly, making the right decisions in and out the court.

Alot was at stake during this encounter as both teams had to do everything possible to secure the win. The french team clearly dominated the game thanks to the overall performance of the players and attitude towards the game and also the huge support from home fans boosted the morale of the boys.

They ended up winning the game by a 3-0 (25-21, 25-21, 25-20) victory margin, leaving the visitors without a single score to their name.
