I started yesterday's active day with cycling.



A week has passed since the last report. Every day I ride a bike, but I do it recreationally, not like it used to be. In the previous months, my cycling routes were long, I measured my heart rate and checked the amount of calories burned. Now I drive short routes only for relaxation.

This time on my route I encountered such an obstacle.

When I drove closer, it turned out that at night beavers cut down a tree and blocked the road with a tree.

There was no one in the area who could help me move this tree, so I left it to the appropriate municipal services. I, riding a bicycle, drove along the fence. Car drivers will have a problem.

It was my cycling adventure, and in the afternoon I played drums again.

This time I played a lot of acoustic songs on djembe, so my heart rate was not high, but two hours of the playing allowed me to burn almost 700 calories.

I summed up the whole active day in the Actifit application - 14k steps is a very good result.

As a curiosity,

I will add that my life is constantly connected in various ways with sport.

Even the place where I play drums with my band is located in the Olympics Preparation Center.

Look at the photo below - in the building next to the dot we have our room. Next to it are beach volleyball courts and tennis courts. Looking to the right, you can see the gray roof of the sports hall and swimming pool. Further to the right is the athletics stadium. a on the other side, to the left of the yellow dot, you can see the ski jump complex. Our ski jumper team are medalists of the world championships and Olympic gold winners. They trains on these ski jumps.
