Minamino, another Salzburg’s Player to Play for Liverpool
Salzburg was foiled by their former players: Sadio Mane and Naby Keita. A crossing by Mane was converted to a goal by Keita. It was first goal of the game, then Mohamed Salah scored one more goal to proceed Liverpool to the next round of Champions League.
Mane and Keita are used to be Salzburg’s players, and now Liverpool is interested to sign Takumi Minamino, Salzburg winger. He is a Japanese international football player, 24 years old, still so young and he play for Japanese national team as well.
I am surprise hearing the news since I just wrote about Tokyo 2020. And a Japanese player would be signed by my favorite football team, Liverpool. There is so much of coincidence!
Minamino was playing pretty impressive for Salzburg. He has scored nine goals and eleven assists for Salzburg, an Austrian Bundesliga team. Glad to know that Minamino is a young talented player. I believe he would be fit to play for Liverpool.
Coach Klopp would already has a plan for Minamino. And I am sure the transfer of Minamino to Anfield will happen soon, may be in January? I can’t wait to see he is playing with Mane and Keita. Thanks to Salzburg to provide talented players for The Reds.
Though I have seen very few matches of Minamino from Salzburg, still impressed with his skills. But I don't want any change to the Liverpool squad, unless they do any blunder.
He can be kept as a reserve player until the winning streak of Liverpool is not going to be broken.
