How Lebron trains! Learn how to take care of your body.

Learning from arguably one of the greatest basketball players the NBA has seen might not seem intuitive for many new and young basketball players. However, Lebron perhaps could be an exception.

The reason I think so is because Lebron is one of the players that takes care of his body really well in the NBA. From injury prevention to not letting age catch up with him, Lebron is a beast who at his age still is one of the most athletic players in the NBA.

Personally, I do a lot of foam rolling and weight training. I also do some plyometrics. I'm most definitely not Lebron, or even a remotely athletic basketball player but I'm working on it! Hopefully you take something away from this post and video :3 Hope you enjoyed.
